Starting the evening with a win was Teyana Taylorwho won the award for Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Major Motion Picture for her performance in One Battle After Another. Later was Seth Roganwho won for Best Performance By A Male Actor In A Television Series – Musical Or Comedy. His acceptance was a moment of art imitating life, which he acknowledged, while referring to the Golden Globes episode of his Apple TV+ series.
